I’m the chef who’s developing Mais en Route: a mobile kitchen out of Concord, MA.

I have the perfect amount of insanity to make it happen, but, unfortunately, the kitchen fabricators don’t accept insanity as a down payment. So I’m launching a Kickstarter.

We may have met at one of my omakase pop-ups, or while you were shopping at a local market. Maybe you loved one of my poke bowls! Or maybe you’ve just stumbled upon this little site of mine—in any case, welcome.
